Workflows

Three jobs, start to finish

∑

From set to costed parts

Record each copy with what you paid and the rewards that came back. Value it complete and in parts, then part it out: the copy's real cost is shared across its pieces by market value, so every part you sell carries its true cost into the order's profit.

⇅

From order to parcel

Orders from BrickLink and Brick Owl arrive on their own and take stock off once. Pick up to six orders in one walk, each into its own lettered tub, buy the label or send it to Click & Drop, send tracking back to the store, and see each order's profit after fees and postage, refunds included.

↻

Restock intelligently

See what's running low from what actually sells on your BrickLink and Brick Owl stores. Brickventra counts only the days you had it in stock, stops one unusually large order skewing the rate, and allows for what you hold and have on order before suggesting how many to buy.

Then compare ways to source it: BrickLink listings at home, in your region and worldwide, sets you already own or could buy, and prices you've noted from Pick a Brick or another seller. Each is shown at its landed cost against the most you can pay and still keep your target margin.

  6. Measured

Purchase lists receive at landed cost, and afterwards you see whether each restock sold as forecast.

Features

One system, not twelve tools

◧

Buy & decide

  • Set portfolio: each physical copy its own record, with what you paid, Insider points, vouchers, cashback, gifts with purchase, condition and where it's stored.
  • Part-out calculator: price every part against the BrickLink market and see whether the set is worth more complete or in pieces before you open the box.
▦

Manage stock

  • Parts inventory & storage: parted-out pieces become lots with their share of the cost, filed where Brickventra suggests so you can find them.
  • Batches: loose LEGO bought for one price, costed piece by piece as you add it.
  • Part identifier*: photograph a part you can't put a number to and get its number and colour.
⇅

Sell

  • BrickLink & Brick Owl: one stock on both stores; a sale on one brings the other down to match.
  • Market & pricing: compare prices across regions, find under- and overpriced stock, and preview any repricing.
  • Listings & sales ledger: sets sold anywhere, from eBay to Facebook Marketplace, with their profit.
✉

Fulfil

  • Picking: on your phone, drawer by drawer, ticking each line or flagging it missing, short or damaged.
  • Shipping labels: Royal Mail Click & Drop (UK), ShipStation (UK and US) or Sendcloud (UK and seven EU countries, beta), with the address filled in and the weight estimated.
↻

Replenish

  • Restock: what's running low and how many to buy, from your own sales on both stores.
  • Find source & purchase lists: every way to buy it, at landed cost, against your maximum price; received at what it really cost.
  • Results: whether each restock sold as forecast, and what it earned.
◔

Understand profit

  • Every order's profit: after cost, fees, postage and any refunds.
  • Reports: portfolio, profit, sourcing, inventory, sales, part-outs and storage, plus a printable sales report.
  • Audit trail: every stock movement through a ledger, every business action logged.

* Part identification is powered by Brickognize, a free LEGO recognition service.

True cost

Example figures. Brickventra tracks the individual copy, not just the set number: what it cost, the points, vouchers and cashback that came back, its condition and where it is, its value with the date that value was seen, and, if you open it, its cost carried into every part.

Trust

Your store stays yours

Nothing big changes without a preview

New listings, quantity increases and price changes are shown to you and confirmed before they're sent. The one thing done by itself: when pieces sell on one store, the other store's listing comes down to match, so you never sell them twice.

Every change is traceable

Every stock movement goes through a ledger and every business action is logged, so you can always see how a number was reached.

Numbers show where they came from

Market figures carry their source and how old they are, and out-of-date data is flagged rather than shown as live.

Your accounts remain yours

Brickventra works alongside your BrickLink and Brick Owl stores rather than replacing them, with your own store keys.

How it works

Up and running in an afternoon

  1. 1

    Connect your stores

Connect BrickLink and Brick Owl to bring your inventory and orders together. Add a shipping service if you use one.

  2. 2

    Add your sets

Record each copy with what you actually paid, including points, vouchers and cashback.

  3. 3

    Decide what to do

Check the market, value a part-out, and choose whether to hold, sell complete or part out.

  4. 4

Sell, ship and see the profit

Orders come in from your stores: pick them, ship them, and see what each one made after fees and postage.

Built for sellers who've outgrown spreadsheets

You don't need another place to type the same numbers. Brickventra connects the decisions: what you bought, what it cost, whether you opened it, where the parts went, what sold, what needs replacing and what profit was left at the end.

Your stock has a history. Brickventra keeps it.

FAQ

Questions

Who is Brickventra for?

LEGO resellers who buy sets and sell them complete or part them out, on BrickLink and Brick Owl and wherever else they sell — eBay, Facebook Marketplace or in person. Collectors can use it too, to know what their collection cost and what it's worth.

Does it replace my BrickLink or Brick Owl store?

No. You carry on selling where you already sell. Brickventra is your own record of stock, costs and profit: it keeps your BrickLink and Brick Owl stores in step with it, and keeps track of the listings you have on other sites like eBay and Facebook Marketplace.

How is profit worked out?

Profit is what you received, less any refunds, minus what the item cost, the selling fees and the postage and packing you paid. It shows your cash profit and, separately, a figure that also counts rewards like Insider points and cashback.

How does Restock decide what to buy?

From your own sales on BrickLink and Brick Owl, never the wider market: how fast each part sells over the days you actually had it in stock, with any one unusually large order capped so it can't skew the rate. It allows for what you hold and what is already on order, and suggests enough to cover your chosen number of days. Fewer than three orders is never enough to call for a restock.

Where do market prices come from?

From the channels you connect, such as BrickLink price guides and eBay. Every figure shows how old it is, and out-of-date data is flagged rather than shown as live.

How does the free trial work?

Sign up and you get 30 days with every feature, and no card is asked for. Subscribe from Billing whenever you like; if you subscribe during the trial, you keep its remaining days and nothing is charged until it ends. There's one free trial per seller: signing up again, or connecting a BrickLink or Brick Owl store that has already had a trial, has to subscribe straight away.

How does Pay as you sell work?

There's no monthly fee and no minimum. Each paid order from your BrickLink or Brick Owl store costs 1% of what the buyer paid for the items, not counting delivery; unpaid and cancelled orders cost nothing, and a refund takes off what was refunded. However much you sell, one month's orders never cost more than £10 in all. What you owe is added to your monthly renewal once it reaches £10; under that, it carries forward and is added to the next month's. The dashboard always shows what you owe so far.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from Billing in the app, whenever you like. You keep full access until the end of the current month. Anything you still owe, even under £10, is charged to your card when your subscription ends; if that payment doesn't go through, the amount is added to your first payment should you subscribe again.

What happens to my data when a trial or subscription ends?

It's kept for 3 days, in case you change your mind: subscribe in that time and you're straight back in with everything as you left it. We email you when it ends and again the day before. After that, your workspace and everything in it are removed for good. Two things are kept, so the free trial stays one per seller and nothing owed is lost: a scrambled, one-way code made from your email address, your store names and your store API keys, which can't be turned back into them but tells us if they're used again; and a record of any amount left unpaid.
